Protect your WordPress users’ sessions from shoulder surfers and snoopers!
Use the Inactive Logout plugin to automatically terminate idle user sessions, thus protecting the site if the users leave unattended sessions.
The plugin is very easy to configure and use. Once you install and activate the plugin simply configure the idle timeout from the plugin settings. So now any unattended idle WordPress user sessions will be terminated automatically. You can also display a custom message to idle user sessions, alerting them that the session is about to end.

Count down before actual logout
Before logging you out directly. Inactive Logout gives the user a chance to continue session by showing a 10 second countdown before the logout. You can disable this and allow the plugin to log you out directly without needing for a timer.
Wake up Notice only
Instead if you would like the users to send a notice that they have been idle for some time, Inactive Logout allows just a heads up notice if a user is idle for certain defined time.
Custom Popup Message
Customizing messages according to your needs. Inactive Logout plugin allows you to configure any message you would like to show if a user is idle/inactive.
Multi browser tab support
Many of us tend to use multiple tabs while working on the same site, to do something different in different tabs. Inactive Logout allows the ability to track inactivity even when multiple tabs are opened for the same site.
