Since, the product has it’s own demo, documentation, video instructions etc, we strongly recommend you to explore those resources precisely to evaluate the product feasibility, support terms, updates, licencing scopes, etc. Please feel free to contact us, so that you will feel confident before purchasing it.
Product Licensing & Usage
All of our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0. Our themes may be used by our users on as many websites as they like.
Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 10 & 11, Edge.
Product updates are available to customers who have made an individual product purchase and whose product license is still active. They are also available for all the themes accessible by our Developer or Lifetime members while their product is still active.
All themes and plugins are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older themes will run with future versions of WordPress. We may retire older themes if we feel they are no longer representative of our offering.
The term ‘lifetime’ in the context of our plans means lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at anytime and for any reason.
The support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak the products, and make small modifications to them better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features.
Additionally, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme. Product Support is provided via support forum, customization contact form and direct email. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Skype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions. We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. We will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (working days).
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Code Manas. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We may link to third party websites from our own website. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, these third party websites or their use of your personal information. We do not endorse, recommend or vouch for the security of such websites. We recommend that you review their terms of service and privacy policies before accessing and using the third party site.
Photos Copyright Info
When viewing the theme demos you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images only and are not included in the download. Our themes do not come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The photos used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes, and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the theme will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own thumbnail images.
Code Manas does not provide any warranty or guarantee on these themes and plugins in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that our products will work with all browser combinations. Also we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after product files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
While purchasing our products with Paddle payment method from the checkout page, the order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. We are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.Before asking for a refund, please allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you are experiencing by opening a support ticket.A few small points:
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we deem it necessary.
- We cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
- Refunds will not be covered for automatic renewal charges – you will be notified one month in advance that a renewal is upcoming and you should decide before hand to cancel the subscription
